  • “User”, “Client”, or “You” refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using our services.
  • “Platform” refers to WhatsApp Business API, RCS messaging infrastructure, web dashboards, or integrated systems.
  • “Content” means text, images, media, templates, messages, and data transmitted using our services.
  • “Meta” refers to Meta Platforms Inc., including WhatsApp.
  • “Telecom Operators” refers to licensed telecom service providers facilitating RCS delivery.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any service offered by PRERANA UMAKANT HONRAO, you expressly confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Continued use after any modification constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Services

PRERANA UMAKANT HONRAO provides digital messaging and communication solutions including:

  • WhatsApp Official API messaging services
  • RCS business messaging
  • Customer notifications, alerts, and transactional messages
  • Marketing and promotional message facilitation (subject to consent)
  • Message routing, analytics, and delivery monitoring

We act as a technology facilitator, not the originator of user message content.

Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally capable of entering binding contracts under Indian law
  • Use services solely for lawful and authorized business purposes

Use by minors or unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

User Responsibilities

You agree that you shall:

You bear sole responsibility for message content transmitted using our services.

Payment & Billing Terms

All fees are payable as per agreed pricing plans. Payments must be made in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

Taxes, including GST, shall be applicable as per Indian tax laws.

Subscription Renewal & Termination

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled prior to renewal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Policy violations
  • Non-payment
  • Regulatory non-compliance
  • Abuse of messaging systems

Termination does not absolve outstanding payment obligations.

Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Use of WhatsApp and RCS services is strictly subject to:

  • Meta WhatsApp Business Policies
  • RCS brand and messaging guidelines
  • Telecom operator rules

We reserve the right to restrict access if violations are identified.

Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Message delivery depends on external platforms, network availability, and recipient devices. PRERANA UMAKANT HONRAO does not guarantee delivery, read receipts, or response rates.

Intellectual Property Rights

All software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and content owned by PRERANA UMAKANT HONRAO are protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and commercial information disclosed during service usage.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, PRERANA UMAKANT HONRAO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Indemnification
